Led by Thaddeus Bramwell
Thaddeus spent twelve years working with SMEs across Reading and the surrounding area. He noticed that many capable business owners struggled not because they lacked ambition, but because financial planning felt overwhelming.
After running finance operations for a mid-sized manufacturing company, he shifted focus to education. He prefers straightforward explanations over technical jargon and believes that budget management should feel practical rather than theoretical.
"Most business owners already have good instincts. My job is helping them translate those instincts into numbers that actually guide decision-making."
Hands-On Learning Approach
We don't believe in passive lectures. Each session involves working through real budget challenges similar to what you face in your business. You'll leave with templates, frameworks, and confidence.
Between sessions, you'll apply what you've learned to your own company's finances. Bring questions, share obstacles, and get feedback from both the instructor and fellow participants who understand the realities of running a business.
